Dear Prof. Mee – I’ve been a fan of sub-atomic physics since I read Mr. Tomkins in Wonderland while a liberal arts major at Goucher College, a small women’s college near Baltimore, Maryland. I graduated in 1959. We were fortunate enough to have some remarkable speakers, including Robert Oppenheimer, who described the path to the neutrino (I think!) Anyway, I do enjoy your website and I’m as thrilled as can be at the Higgs particle’s confirmation. Many, many thanks for your site and your work.
I would’ve liked a signed copy , and to tell you well done on such a fabulous book , however am unable to attend any book signing events as none are very close
None of the sites is in Sydney-Australia, where I live, but I am going to request my Mosman Library to obtain copies of the book.
Kind Regards
Hi Nick,
I live in South Wales so would find it difficult to attend any of the Book Signing venues as listed. If you ever get around to Swansea or Neath areas I would make an effort to get there and meet you.
Regards
Trevor
Will the glorious book tour ever get to Chicago or anywhere in the US?
By the way, the NY TImes of Tuesday March 5, 2013 (yesterday) had an amazing tale and explanation of the Higgs…I’m sure you know of it, but your followers may be interested innthe story they weave.
Great Book by the way!
If you ever come to Olympia, Washington, USA, let me know. Thanks. Jon
Hello Nick,
I wish I were there at any of places you said you would be! Unfortunately, I am at Nagpur, India. Nevertheless, I would be happy to attend a book-signing event. Let me know if you happen to schedule your visit to any city in India.
Thanks
Sunil
Dear Nick,
Sorry I can’t be there, if you come to Waterloo, Ontario, Canada, we would love to see you. We have two wonderful Universities in our area, University of Waterloo and Wilfrid Laurier. I love your book and enjoy all the information you relay to us…so inspiring!!! Our youth must be thrilled with all your efforts to explain Science in such a wonderful and literate way. Thank you… Marlene
Nick…We’d love to see you in Washington DC.
Maybe I could round some people who know something about sub-atomic particles. You have my email. Bruce
The book sounds interesting
You should really come to Dublin you’d
generate more interest and the craic mighty.ill buy you a pint.
Dear John
I might well take you up on that.
Best Wishes,
Nick
Dear Nick,
I have read your book and reviewed it for Amazon.com. I particularly appreciated both the clarity and the historical perspective – for example, the way you constantly emphasize the relevance of Faraday and Maxwell, even for the recent periods.
I would greatly enjoy meeting you if you ever come to the New York city area on your book signing tours.
Best wishes
dear Prof Nicholas Mee,
I would love to see you and talk to you only if you were to come to India, Bangalore. I have been enjoying your wonderful writings immensely.
Best wishes
Hello,
I’d have loved to have a signed book. But the places are far off from India. I teach management but take interest in particle physics. I follow your postings regularly.

Dear Rajendra
Many Thanks. I will certainly let you know if I come to India.

I cannot wait to get stuck into it.Regards
Mike
I humbly convey my regards to you. I am from India and take utmost pride in your work, Sir.
I’ve already become a great fan of your writings. How I would have liked a sign-up in your book. Unfortunately, I live in India and could only look forward to meeting you in Kolkata, if you chance to come there.
Warm regards.
Thank You for all the interesting and informative E-mails. I am the Proud owner of a signed copy of your excellent Book (34/1000) which I have had great pleasure in reading. I would be delighted to meet you if you are ever in Johannesburg, South Africa.
Keep ’em coming!
Pat
Dear Prof Mee,
I developed a liking for the planets and the universe when I first learnt about them in primary school.
I have to thank you for helping widen my interest to a deeper level – though not to any scientific extent. You make an otherwise very complicated subject simple and easy enough for anybody to learn and understand. I look forward to your monthly and periodic issues. Please, always keep us informed and educated.
Liz.
Dear Professor Mee,
Can I get your last book, The Higgs Boson, to buy as well as Gravity: Cracking the Code, at the exhibition on the 25th of February, 2017? I understand you’ll be signing books at the Science Museum on that date. And can I please have both signed?
